The objective of the project Final Conference is to disseminate the outcomes of the project and share the knowledge developed throughout the two years of its duration. The aim is to provide results and ideas about innovation achieved in the APP4INNO project with policy decision makers and all people involved in the project through pilots and dissemination activities.
